Ingredients:

  • 1.5 cups (150g) graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.5 cup (115g) unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup (250g) creamy peanut butter
  • 2 cups (240g) powdered sugar
  • 1.5 cups (255g) semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp (32g) creamy peanut butter

Instructions:

  1. Combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, peanut butter, and powdered sugar in a medium bowl. Mix until the dough is uniform and holds together when pressed.
  2. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a parchment-lined 9x9 inch pan until smooth and dense.
  3. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and 2 tbsp of peanut butter.
  4. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until the mixture is glossy and fluid.
  5. Pour the chocolate over the peanut butter layer and spread evenly with a spatula.
  6. Place the pan in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours until the topping is firm to the touch.
  7. Lift the parchment paper to remove the block from the pan and slice into 12 equal rectangles using a sharp knife.
