DIY Chocolate Baskets

Create elegant chocolate baskets using just a muffin tray and vegetable oil—a simple yet impressive way to elevate your desserts.

Instructions:

  1. Flip a muffin tray upside down and lightly brush the underside of each cup with vegetable oil to prevent sticking.
  2. Melt dark chocolate until smooth.
  3. Using a piping bag, drizzle the melted chocolate over the oiled muffin cups, creating a lattice pattern.
  4. Allow the chocolate to set completely.
  5. Once hardened, carefully remove the chocolate baskets from the tray.

Filling Suggestions:

  • Fresh berries
  • Mousse
  • Small scoops of ice cream

Tip: Avoid warm or overly liquid fillings, as they may cause the chocolate to melt or become soggy.
