Easy Coconut & Chocolate Truffles

Indulge in these delightful coconut and chocolate truffles—a quick and easy treat ready in just a few minutes.

Ingredients:

  • 250 g mascarpone cheese
  • 80 g powdered sugar
  • 150 g coconut flour
  • 100 g hazelnut cream

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, mix the powdered sugar with the mascarpone cheese until well combined.
  2. Add the coconut flour to the mixture and blend thoroughly.
  3. Take small portions of the mixture and shape them into balls. Create a small indentation in each ball and fill it with a bit of hazelnut cream. Seal the truffles by rolling them back into smooth balls.
  4. Roll each truffle in additional coconut flour to coat the exterior.
  5. Place the truffles in the refrigerator and chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
