Ingredients:

  • 8 oz (225g) cream cheese, softened to room temperature
  • 7 oz (200g) marshmallow fluff
  • 1 tsp (5ml) vanilla extract
  • 1/8 tsp (0.7g) fine sea salt

Instructions:

  1. Place the softened cream cheese in the mixing bowl. Beat on medium-high speed for 1–2 minutes until the texture is pale and smooth.
  2. Add the marshmallow fluff, vanilla extract, and salt. Continue beating on medium speed for another 60 seconds until the dip becomes glossy and holds soft peaks.
  3. Use a silicone spatula to scrape down the sides of the bowl and give the mixture one final fold to ensure no streaks of unmixed cream cheese remain. Transfer to a serving bowl.
